Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive with experience in lead generation, client communication, and IT sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating local and international leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Guru, Apollo, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential clients through various online platforms
• Manage company profiles on Upwork, Guru, Apollo, and LinkedIn to generate quality leads
• Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals effectively
• Maintain long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (IT company preferred)
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, Guru, and Apollo
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage sales pipeline efficiently
• Good communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Candidate should be comfortable commuting to Anand office
