responsibilities:
• developing the ocean & air freight sales by coordinating overseas partners or agents.
• should be responsible for 5 countries as single point of contact.
• contact every day to overseas agent by calls for new biz opportunity to us by service for export & import.
• recording & sharing enquiry with pricing team to assist the business expansion.
• secure new business by sharing market and rate information to drive growth across the different modes of transport.
• responsible for promoting company services in the freight forwarding industry.
• contact overseas agent trough calls, emails, what’s app, .
• maintain reports like calls report, development report & enquiry report on daily basis.
• generate action plans to enhance performance.
• develop and maintain relationships with overseas agents.
• ensuring good coordination with internal team like pricing team, cs team & operation team.
qualifications, experience and skills
• graduate degree specialized- bms/ import- export/ international trade/ business.
• 2 year to 4 years sales experience in freight forwarding/shipping and logistics.
• excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and a passion for driving process improvement.
• ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (., pricing, customer service, operation & documentation)
• it literate including ms excel, powerpoint, word and ideally cargo wise
• provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
