**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed sales targets set by management, contributing to the overall success of the company.
- **Market Research:** Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay updated and help strategize for future growth.
- **Collaboration with Teams:** Work closely with marketing and product teams to align services with market demands and enhance client satisfaction.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with clients. You should be highly motivated, results-driven, and proficient in using CRM software to track sales activities. A good understanding of market trends and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, is expected.
