Opening For Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our overseas education team. The role involves identifying new student prospects, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and promoting study-abroad programs to increase enrollments.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

Identify and generate potential leads through various sources such as online campaigns, student fairs, referrals, and cold calling.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Partnership Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other relevant institutions.

Organize seminars, workshops, and webinars in collaboration with partners to promote study abroad opportunities.

Client Interaction:

Engage with students and parents, understand their educational goals, and explain suitable overseas education options.

Follow up on leads and convert them into successful student applications.

Sales & Conversion:

Achieve monthly targets related to student acquisition and university partnerships.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure a high conversion rate.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Marketing, Education, or related field)

MBA will be preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets

Knowledge of international education systems (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
