Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
Handle inbound leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and
referrals
Qualify leads and categorize them as Hot / Warm / Cold
Perform structured follow-ups until closure
Update lead status and remarks daily in CRM
2. Client Communication & Coordination
Understand client requirements clearly
Schedule sales calls and site visits with the management team
Maintain professional communication with clients via phone,
WhatsApp, and email
Share quotations, brochures, and proposals as required
3. Sales & Internal Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for enquiry progress
Track quotation approvals, design updates, and next steps
Ensure timely communication between clients and internal
stakeholders
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM records
Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports
Ensure all client communication and documents are properly
recorded
Share daily sales updates with management
