job description:

we are seeking a highly motivated business development executive to join our growing team at a one advisory. in this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. if you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement, we’d love to hear from you.

key responsibilities:

● reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, whatsapp, and other communication channels to promote our financial advisory services.

● understand customer needs through effective questioning.

● provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries.

● maintain and update customer information in crm software.

● coordinate with the clients and set up meetings for the field sales team.

● maintain proper logs of calls, leads and follow-ups.

required candidate profile:

● 2–4 years of experience in inside sales / telesales.

● excellent communication skills in english & hindi (mandatory).

● confident, target-driven and experienced in handling customer calls.

● experience in finance / banking / insurance / investment industries preferred.

● familiarity with crm tools, ms excel and call-tracking systems.

● qualification: graduate (commerce / business / related field preferred).
