In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. Coordinate with the clients and set up meetings for the field sales team. Maintain proper logs of calls, leads and follow-ups.Required Candidate Profile: 24 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory). Confident, target-driven and experienced in handling customer calls. Experience in Finance / Banking / Insurance / Investment industries preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel and call-tracking systems.
