academic qualification: any graduation/ post graduation (completed in or before 2021)

preferred skills:

• keen interest and deep understanding of indian education sector

• interest in mentoring and guiding students

• having a knack for sales

• good interpersonal and presentation skills

all interview selected candidates will become a part of applicant training program in 2 stages

stage1:classroom training program (crt)-duration: 2 weeks (at office location)

stage 2:on-the-job‟ training (ojt) duration: 4 weeks(virtual)

upon successfully passing training program, you'll be eligible to offered the role of bda

stipend(atp): inr 37,500 (stipend)+inr 6,000 (additional allowance) + incentives

ctc (bda - post qualification after training): inr (7lpa fixed+ 3 lpa performance pay for direct sales
