we are seeking a dynamic and motivated bda to join our team. the successful candidate will be placed at elite locations such as malls, corporate offices, and high-end societies to interact with prospective donors. the primary responsibility will be to explain our organization's mission and work, and to raise resources such as funds and donations.

**key responsibilities:**

- **engage prospective donors:** proactively approach and engage with individuals at designated locations, providing them with information about our organization and its impact.

- **present our mission:** clearly and passionately communicate the mission, goals, and accomplishments of the organization to potential donors.

- **raise funds and donations:** encourage and secure financial contributions, donations, and other forms of support from individuals and corporate entities.

- **build relationships:** establish and maintain positive relationships with donors, ensuring a pleasant and informative interaction.

- **achieve targets:** meet and exceed fundraising targets set by the organization.

- **report and record:** maintain accurate records of donor information and contributions, and provide regular reports to the fundraising manager.

- **promotional materials:** distribute promotional materials and answer questions about the organization's projects and needs.

- **event participation:** participate in fundraising events and activities as required.

**qualifications:**

- **experience:** previous experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field is preferred.

- **communication skills:** excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
