we have an urgent requirements on business development executive and bdm profile. the ideal candidate should be a hunter of business opportunities and target based performance.

must be exceptional in lead generation.

key responsibilities:

* having knowledge of generating business leads through online bidding portals like upwork, freelancer, peopleperhour etc.

* develop and expand portfolio of clients by networking and marketing.

* good level of understanding & familiarity with it industry.

* create proposals & other marketing documentation.

* understand the clients requirement and execute accordingly.

* strong follow-ups/interaction with clients updating them of the progress and discussing new plans.

* responsible for cold calling to prospects.

* excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skillsachieving monthly targets.

* to generate maximum business with minimum number of bids maximum conversion of leads into actual sales.

* researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets through social networking sites like linked-in, facebook etc.

required skills set:

* candidate must have good oral and written communication skills.

* good level of understanding & familiarity with it industry.

* setup portfolio and generating revenue through online portals likes freelancer, odesk, elance etc.

* should preferably be from a technical background or must have strong technical knowledge.
