Training : All candidates will become a part of the trainineg. The training has 2 stages

Stage 1: Skills Development Bootcamp Duration: 3 Days. Location: Online

- Post completion of 3 day the trainee will be assessed on various parameters. Only qualifying trainees will be moved to Stage 2 of the Training.

Stage 2 : On-the-job- Training

Duration : Till the candidate is properly trained. Location: Work from Home

- Post completion of stage 2 training, the Applicant Trainee will be assessed on various parameters. Only qualifying trainees will become eligible to be offered a Business Development Associate (BDA) role. (Subject to approval from management).
