Responsibilities:
-Planned, organize, and deliver work sessions for gathering business requirements.
-Review and edit requirements and business processes, as necessary, based on proposed solutions.
-Perform research across avenues like competition, configurable technology, scan horizon for new implementations
-Identify potential crises and devise contingency plans based on the scope defined.
-Effectively communicate and champion service request expectations with business and IT staff in a timely and clear fashion.
-Conduct monthly and as-needed status meetings with businesses for updates and prioritization of work efforts.
-Scope Management, Documentation of use cases, User Acceptance Criteria Definitions, and Aiding the tech team for clarity.
-Understands tech requirements.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Understanding of UML diagrams.
-Data flow diagram.
-Good command of the English language.
-A candidate with an Engineering background is preferred.
