•5+ Years of Minimum Experience in Property & Casualty insurance domain as a Business Analyst

•Proficiency in creating the Business Requirement Documents

•Work closely with business partners to identify and write technical specifications for system change requests, data structures and ETLs.

•Quickly understand the business issues and data challenges of partners’ organization and propose solutions.

•Implement effective mapping of multiple source databases to centralized SQL Server target system(s) intended to supply business intelligence and general reporting systems.

•Identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues.

•Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures. Maintain up-to-date documentation on system details and mappings.

•Good analytical skills; Very good communication (spoken / written) skills;

•Demonstrated expertise with SQL

•Intellectual curiosity and a desire to seek new challenges

•Quick Learner with an excellent memory
