Job description:Working closely with the senior BD team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of the marketing and sales teamEnsuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely mannerDocumenting the sales process and closingCreating proposals and presentation materialProviding support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales processAssist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.Familiarity with same & marketing software tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.Familiar with platforms like Upwork & LinkedIn sales navigator.Identifying and developing new business opportunitiesCollating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.Co-ordination with internal team to create marketing collateralWork closely with key internal stakeholders to implement growth strategies.Use social media channels to create posts and pitch in with your ideas for enhancing social media strategy and branding.Analyze markets, create plan and strategies on how to increase market share.Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business-related field or Computer Science from a reputable university.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of any Business Development tools like LinkedIn Navigator would be added advantage.Here is the list of Work and Life-related benefits at AAPNA Infotech:Permanent work-from-home role. Drive customer experience, Product Strategy, Envision, Roadmap. Design best-practice technology solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business, technology solutions. Capture user requirements, conduct user reviews, and run stakeholder meetings. Drive functional/application designs and ensure technology solutions represent current and future business requirements. Work with the Solution Designers, Technical leads, and Development teams team to bounce ideas,brainstorm available solutions. Disseminate business requirements and articulate the best feasible solution to implement. Collaborate with UI / UX team to build front end application design in line with current market design approach.Required Skills- Overall, 6+ years of experience, Minimum 3+ years as a business analyst. Comfortable presenting and defending work in front of others Excellent communication skills, written, oral, internal and client facing. Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity. Ability to manage multiple projects and wear many different hats as needed Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus Working knowledge of Agile, Key Ceremonies, ADO (Azure DevOps), and other project related tools. Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office Tools. Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask. Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
