Business Analyst - Full Time - Freshers

Key Responsibilities

· Generate Business leads through various online platforms like linkedin, Upwork, freelancer, fiverr etc.

· Analyze requirements, data, trends, technologies, and performance metrics to initiate discussion & documentation.

· Creating detailed documentation, SRS, FRD, Feature Listings, BRD, HRD, WBS & proposals, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.

· Support the design and implementation of solutions by coordinating with teams such as IT, operations, and product development.

· Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to provide actionable insights.

· Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

· Test, validate, and ensure quality assurance for proposed solutions or implemented changes.

· Participate in cross-functional meetings to contribute to project planning and execution.

Requirements

· Recently completed a degree.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace tools.

· Basic understanding of wireframes, IT Technologies and client handling is a plus.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
