Executives must be capable of engaging with the clients on a range of mediums such as phone, email, live chat and other internet based communications channels. Positive attitude and ability to quickly learn are a must. Training and skill development will be provided by the organization.

Designation - Business Advisor / Trademark advisor

Job location -Venue - IndiaFilings pvt. ltd.

Aurum PropTech Ltd (Majesco Ltd), 6th Floor, Mahape, Ghansoli- Navi mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:-

-Call clients from provided leads by the company and help them with Trademark registration, guiding and give advise to clients for Trademark of their Businesses)

-Work as an advisor to the customers, and guide them for their Business registrations

-Handle customer requests over phone and email on a daily basis, outbound calls.

-Respond to customer requests within the accepted turn-around time

-Convert provided leads into Sales.

-Complete tasks like filing of forms, applying for licenses, etc., towards completion of engagement

-Complete all assigned tasks on-time

-Provide regular updates to the client

-Report to team leaders on job performance

-Explore opportunities for up selling and cross-sales

-Work punctually and diligently.

Job Requirement:-

- Must be Graduate.

-Salary - to . depending on interview performance

- Freshers can also apply.

-Experience - 0 months to 1 years

-Fluent in English

- Languages known - Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam is (Compulsory)

-Working Hours & Shifts: Day (9 :00 AM to PM), Monday - Saturday (Sunday off)

-Training will be provided

-No field work, it will be office based job.

-Candidate will have to work from office.
