key responsibilities
e-commerce platform management
* oversee backend operations for platforms such as amazon, flipkart, and the company website.
* ensure all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up to date.
* monitor inventory, update product details, and ensure accurate pricing and promotional offers.
* handle order processing, shipping coordination, and tracking.
* resolve customer queries and complaints related to e-commerce platforms.
* track and analyze sales data to optimize performance and generate reports.
database management
* maintain and update records of sales, inventory, customer data, and other relevant metrics.
* organize and analyze databases to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
product launch assistance
* collaborate with the team to prepare for new product launches.
* assist with creating launch strategies, including product descriptions and promotional campaigns.
social media support
* assist in creating engaging social media posts to promote the brand on platforms like instagram and facebook.
* coordinate with the design team (if applicable) for graphics and visual content.
* schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
day-to-day operations
* act as a point of contact for various teams, ensuring smooth coordination.
* manage daily administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
