We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative individual to manage our day-to-day operations, order processing, e-commerce platforms backend management and assist in product launches.Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Platform Management* Oversee backend operations for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website.* Ensure all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up to date.* Monitor inventory, update product details, and ensure accurate pricing and promotional offers.* Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and tracking.* Resolve customer queries and complaints related to e-commerce platforms.* Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance and generate reports.Database Management* Maintain and update records of sales, inventory, customer data, and other relevant metrics.* Organize and analyze databases to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Product Launch Assistance* Collaborate with the team to prepare for new product launches.* Assist with creating launch strategies, including product descriptions and promotional campaigns.Social Media Support* Assist in creating engaging social media posts to promote the brand on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.* Coordinate with the design team (if applicable) for graphics and visual content.* Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.Day-to-Day Operations* Act as a point of contact for various teams, ensuring smooth coordination.* Manage daily administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
