key responsibilities

brand strategy & positioning

develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance paramotor’s visibility in the fintech and saas ecosystem.

build a strong brand identity that resonates with b2b and b2c audiences.

digital marketing & campaigns

plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across seo, sem, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

manage paid advertising, remarketing, and performance-driven campaigns to generate leads and conversions.

content & communication

oversee the creation of compelling content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, social media creatives).

collaborate with design and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

partnerships & market outreach

coordinate with business development teams for co-branded campaigns, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.

organize and promote events, webinars, and product launches.

analytics & reporting

track and analyze campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and roi.

use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and ensure measurable impact.

team leadership

manage and mentor a small marketing team and external agency partners.

drive a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

qualifications & skills

bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

5–8 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, saas, or digital commerce industries.

strong expertise in digital marketing tools (google ads, analytics, hubspot, linkedin ads, meta ads, etc.).

excellent understanding of brand management, content strategy, and performance marketing.

strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.

ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
