Job Description

- develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets: the branch sales manager will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed branch sales targets. this involves analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, and developing effective sales plans.

- lead and motivate a sales team: the branch sales manager will be in charge of a team of sales executives and will need to provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure team members are meeting individual and team sales goals.

- monitor sales performance: the branch sales manager will need to track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and to ensure sales goals are being met. this involves regularly reviewing sales reports and holding team members accountable for their performance.

- build and maintain strong customer relationships: the branch sales manager will need to cultivate relationships with key customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. this includes addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- required skills and expectations:

- proven experience in sales: the ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- strong team work skills: the branch sales manager should have excellent leadership and teamwork abilities to effectively manage and motivate a sales team.
