principal responsibility:

• business target achievement in the assigned region

• building and managing the team

• recruitment of required manpower on need basis.

• maintaining integrity and ethics of the team

• monitor and manage branch operations.

• manage existing accounts & build new client base for the organization.

• work closely with the other members of the team to help develop a coherent sales strategy

• present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
