Principal Responsibility:
• Business target achievement in the assigned region
• Building and managing the team
• Recruitment of required manpower on need basis.

Other Responsibility:
• Monitor and Manage branch operations.
• Monitor competitor Condition in Market.
• Manage existing Accounts & build new client base for the organization.
• Work closely with the other members of the team to help develop a coherent sales strategy
• Keep accurate sales records and be able to provide clear revenue figures to management whenever required.
• To ensure weekly/monthly reports & comments are submitted by relevant deadlines.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
