principal responsibility:

• business target achievement in the assigned region

• building and managing the team

• recruitment of required manpower on need basis.

• maintaining integrity and ethics of the team

other responsibility:

• monitor and manage branch operations.

• monitor competitor condition in market.

• manage existing accounts & build new client base for the organization.

• work closely with the other members of the team to help develop a coherent sales strategy

• keep accurate sales records and be able to provide clear revenue figures to management whenever required.

• to ensure weekly/monthly reports & comments are submitted by relevant deadlines.

• present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
