Branch Relationship Manager (BRM) - Job Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Handling
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
Act as a single point of contact for priority/high-value clients
Sales & Business Growth
Sell banking products (Savings/Current Accounts, FD, Loans, Credit Cards)
Cross-sell insurance and investment products
Achieve monthly sales targets
Customer Acquisition
Identify and onboard new customers
Generate leads through references and local market
Portfolio Management
Handle a portfolio of premium/HNI customers
Provide financial advice and product recommendations
Service & Issue Resolution
Resolve customer complaints quickly
Ensure high customer satisfaction

Customer handling ability
Basic banking & financial product knowledge
Relationship-building skills
🔹 Qualification
Graduate (any stream), MBA preferred
1-3 years experience in banking/finance/sales (Freshers sometimes considered for junior roles)
