 Knowledge of silver/gold ornaments& pricing system

 Knowledge of basic accounting concepts & principles of jewelry industry

 Knowledge of silver metal & transactions in wholesale business

 Knowledge of billing process

 Knowledge & exposure to jewelry accounting software like Alpha/Ornet or other

 Knowledge of banking systems (Online & offline both)

 Knowledge of computer & related software like MS office

 Communication skills – Should be able to understand basic verbal & written English& Gujarati language

 Learning skills - Should be able to grasp knowledge & process fast; & execute efficiently

 Accuracy – Should be able to manage accounting & billing transactions accurately & without major errors

 Numerical skills – Should be good with numbers & managing calculations

 Ownership mindset – Should be able to understand the responsibility & work accordingly to complete assigned tasks irrespective of limitations (Time or resource limitations). Should be able to adopt the standard process, execute them without supervision
