1. technical competencies

 knowledge of silver/gold ornaments& pricing system

 knowledge of basic accounting concepts & principles of jewelry industry

 knowledge of silver metal & transactions in wholesale business

 knowledge of billing process

 knowledge & exposure to jewelry accounting software like alpha/ornet or other

 knowledge of banking systems (online & offline both)

 knowledge of computer & related software like ms office

2. behavioral competencies

 communication skills – should be able to understand basic verbal & written english& gujarati language

 learning skills - should be able to grasp knowledge & process fast; & execute efficiently

 accuracy – should be able to manage accounting & billing transactions accurately & without major errors

 numerical skills – should be good with numbers & managing calculations

 ownership mindset – should be able to understand the responsibility & work accordingly to complete assigned tasks irrespective of limitations (time or resource limitations). should be able to adopt the standard process, execute them without supervision

The Founder promoter of our Company Mr. Rohit Dalpatbhai Shah is in the business of jewellery Industries over more than 2 decades. He has incorporated Company Shilvi Jewels Private Limited on September 22, 2005 under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to Palm Jewels Private Limited on October 28, 2016 under the companies Act, 2013 vide a new Certificate of incorporation issue by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, then after our company was converted in to a public limited company and consequently name was changed to "Palm Jewels Limited" (PJL) with fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 21, 2018 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.

We are engaged in the wholesale business of silver jewellery since gold jewellery.
