financial oversight:
manage branch budget, p&l, and cost control measures.
analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions.
compliance & risk management:
ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational policies.
mitigate operational and business risks effectively.
customer relationship management:
maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
ensure excellent customer experience and grievance redressal.
reporting & strategic planning:
prepare regular reports on branch performance and business trends.
participate in strategic planning for the direct channel network.
qualifications:
education: bachelor��s degree / post graduation preferred.
experience: 5��8 years in branch management or direct sales; proven track record .
