Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve sales and operational goals.
Build a high-performance team culture with coaching and mentoring.
Sales & Business Growth:
Drive Direct Channel business growth through effective sales strategies.
Achieve revenue targets, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand branch reach.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure process efficiency.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
Ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
Financial Oversight:
Manage branch budget, P&L, and cost control measures.
Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational policies.
Mitigate operational and business risks effectively.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
Ensure excellent customer experience and grievance redressal.
Reporting & Strategic Planning:
Prepare regular reports on branch performance and business trends.
Participate in strategic planning for the Direct Channel network.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor-s degree / Post Graduation preferred.
Experience: 5-8 years in branch management or direct sales; proven track record .
