BPO Executive,International Voice Process

we are hiring freshers & experienced candidates for voice process for customer care executives and sales profile for delhi location (karol bagh)

eligibility criteria - any graduate, undergraduates, 12th, any diploma are eligible

immediate joiner preferred.

age limit – above 18 yrs. min

ctc upto 8k to 15k/- plus attractive incentives (depends upon your communication skill and interview performance)

preference given to experienced candidates from bpo industry, nearby candidates.

must have their own vehicle / conveyance.

• preferably have good work experience in a customer service role in an international process (uk or australia preferably)

• possess the ability to resolve client queries and issues to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes

• outbound telesales & upselling

• be well organized with the ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines

• excellent verbal and written communication skills

• an interest in and a desire to learn about achieving targets

• prior sales experience and knowledge a major advantage

• willingness to work in rotational day shifts (australian shift)

must have excellent command over english and should be comfortable for australian shifts.

5 days working & rotational shifts/day shift (sat – sun fixed off)

walk -in with resume walk-out with an offer,

male candidates preferred.
