Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information about our services.

3. **Problem Resolution**: Listen to customer complaints and provide timely solutions while maintaining a professional demeanor.
4. **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, updating the database with relevant information for future reference.

Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have a good command of verbal and written communication in English and other regional languages.
