Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, gather information, or handle inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services.

Handle inbound customer queries and provide solutions.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

Follow up on leads and close sales where possible.

Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude on calls.

Report customer feedback to the team for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Confidence and ability to handle rejections.

Patience and active listening skills.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred:

Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
