- handle inbound and outbound calls: answering incoming calls from customers and making outbound calls to prospects for marketing and customer support purposes.

- as a bpo telecaller, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently and effectively to address customer needs and promote products or services.

- provide customer service: addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products or services.

- you will be expected to provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their queries, issues, and providing them with the necessary information to meet their needs.

- maintain call records: documenting all calls, maintaining customer databases, and updating information accurately.

- keeping track of call logs, customer details, and updating databases helps in maintaining accurate records for future reference and analysis.

- achieve sales targets: meeting or exceeding sales goals by promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.

- a key responsibility will be to drive sales by effectively promoting products, suggesting add-ons, and meeting or surpassing sales targets.
