- have experience in usa/canada english-based inbound/outbound sales and/or lead generation experience

- excellent written and spoken english skills

- a huge plus if they have undergone us accent training

- sound energetic, passionate and enthusiastic on the phone

- are aggressive, highly competitive, and handle pressure very well

- are a team player who freely shares with and adopts knowledge and improvements from fellow team members

- have a basic knowledge of computers and business applications like ms word/ms excel
