about the role:

key responsibilities
handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries.
provide accurate product/service information to customers.
maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
record and update customer information in the database.
meet daily/weekly call targets and service levels.
escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
follow company policies, processes, and quality standards consistently.
skills & requirements:
excellent communication skills in english.
good listening and problem-solving skills.
ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
basic computer knowledge (ms office, typing, crm tools).
flexibility to work in shifts (if required).
minimum qualification: 12th pass / graduate.
prior experience in bpo/voice process will be an added advantage.
