Key Responsibility :-

Provide top-notch customer service to clients via calls.

Understand customer needs and promote products or service effectively.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issue, and provide product information.

Managing and resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements :

Graduate Freshers OR 12th Pass+6 month BPO experience candidates can apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem solving abilites.

Proficiency is using customer service software and CRM systems.

Ability to work in a fast - paced and target- driven environment.

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and off.
