3. **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service to passengers, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly to enhance their travel experience.

4. **Coordination with Airlines**: Communicate effectively with airline staff to ensure smooth boarding operations and handle any discrepancies swiftly.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain records of boarding passes issued and report any anomalies to the supervisor for further action.
