Verify billing details, rates, quantities, and approvals.

Maintain billing records and files.

Coordinate with departments to resolve billing discrepancies.

Record daily cash and bank transactions in accounting software.

Handle cash receipts, payments, and bank deposits.

Reconcile bank statements regularly.

Maintain cash book and bank ledger accuracy.

Assist the accounts team with monthly closing tasks.

Billing Executive

Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, and data entry.

Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/ERP or any billing software).

Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Record daily cash and bank transactions in accounting software.
