Billing Executive (Full Time)

Looking for experience in Civil Contracting or Interior Contracting Firm.

. Knowledge of interior products like Ply, Laminate, Hardware, Electrical goods, Building materials etc will be added preference.

Draft contract/RFP documents identify possible gaps in terms and conditions.

Identify long lead items & local items, arrange vendor samples, coordinate approval from operations lead & management.

Monitor, review and adhere to the defined tendering/RFP process.

Collate & conduct detailed techno commercial evaluation of the Procurements.

Work closely with the Operations, & finance team.

Negotiate rates with suppliers; scan wider business climate, external market rates and prevalent trends in costs to negotiate effectively.

Review of specifications catalogues / alternate sourcing of required items in line with the operations / management requirement.

Explore value engineering options in co-ordination with operations team & suppliers.
