Looking for experience in Civil Contracting or Interior Contracting Firm.. Knowledge of interior products like Ply, Laminate, Hardware, Electrical goods, Building materials etc will be added preference.Draft contract/RFP documents identify possible gaps in terms and conditions.Identify long lead items & local items, arrange vendor samples, coordinate approval from operations lead & management.Monitor, review and adhere to the defined tendering/RFP process.Collate & conduct detailed techno commercial evaluation of the Procurements.Work closely with the Operations, & finance team.Negotiate rates with suppliers; scan wider business climate, external market rates and prevalent trends in costs to negotiate effectively.Review of specifications catalogues / alternate sourcing of required items in line with the operations / management requirement.Explore value engineering options in co-ordination with operations team & suppliers.

Site handling and execution from start to finish, Strong Material Knowledge (Paint, glass, wood, tiles, panels), False ceilings or Types of ceilings, rates knowledge, MEP drawings, HVAC, firefighting, smoke detector, Flooring, Site visits all over India.
