Role Overview:
We are actively seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Jr. IT Sales Recruiters (Bench Sales). This role involves working closely with bench consultants, vendors, and partners to market IT talent across the US and drive successful placements.
Key Requirements:
1. 01 year of experience in Recruitment, Call Center, or any Sales-related industry
2. Bachelors degree in any discipline (required)
3. Familiarity with the IT Sales Lifecycle
4. Basic understanding of US work visas: H1B, GC, TN, EAD, and USC
5. Comfortable working in a target-oriented, performance-driven environment
6. Strong ability to meet daily and weekly goals and deadlines
Responsibilities:
1. Post and market consultant resumes on job portals such as Dice, Monster, and social platforms
2. Engage with Tier-1 vendors and build new vendor relationships
3. Track and manage submission progress and updates throughout the hiring cycle
4. Coordinate with consultants on project start/end dates and availability
5. Maintain a database of rolled-off consultants, including resume updates and project tracking
6. Work on end-to-end bench sales activities: sourcing, qualifying, scheduling interviews, negotiating rates, and closing offers
7. Maintain daily and weekly status reports using MS Excel
Skills & Competencies:
1. Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
2. Proficient in MS Word and Excel (minimum 3 years experience)
3. Experience using job boards to search for client requirements and submit matching profiles
4. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities with consultants, vendors, and implementation partners
5. Ability to guide and prepare consultants for end-client interviews
6. Good networking and relationship-building capabilities
