We are currently seeking 15 Marketing Executives to join our Bench Sales Department and play a key role in our growth and success.Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executives to join our Bench Sales Department. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and placing our bench consultants with our clients, contributing to the growth of our IT staffing division.Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to understand their staffing needs.- Promote and market our bench consultants to clients, emphasizing their skills and expertise.- Negotiate and secure agreements for the placement of consultants with clients.- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential job openings.- Collaborate with the recruitment team to match the right consultants with client requirements.- Schedule interviews between clients and candidates and facilitate the interview process.- Apply for jobs on behalf of the candidates to increase placement opportunities.- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with both clients and consultants.- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.- Freshr graduates are welcome to apply.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-
