We are actively seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter with strong experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, OPT, CPT, and GC holders) to prime vendors and direct clients across the US market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the complete sales life cycle: marketing, identifying client requirements, negotiating rates, and coordinating interviews.
Regular interaction with Tier-1 Vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Submit bench candidates to suitable requirements and follow up consistently.
Expert in using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Build strong relationships with vendors and maintain a database of contacts.
Coordinate interviews, receive interview feedback, and close positions.
Maintain reports for submissions, interviews, and placements.
Required Skills:
15 years of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing).
Good understanding of different work authorizations (OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, and Citizens).
Strong experience in resume formatting and presenting candidates to vendors/clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with H1B Transfers and Corp-to-Corp marketing.
Familiar with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.
Self-driven and proactive attitude.
