Bondexis LLC is a US IT staffing and services company with its head office in Ahmedabad. We are expanding our Bench Sales operations in Mohali and seeking candidates with strong communication and computer skills for the role of Bench Sales Recruiter.

Role Summary

The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for working with US clients and vendors in the night shift, handling consultant submissions, resume modifications, and coordinating with candidates and recruiters throughout the placement process.

Key Responsibilities

Resume & Profile Management

Read, edit, and format resumes to align with job requirements

Prepare and submit consultant profiles on job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)

Consultant Coordination

Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding job submissions, interviews, and updates

Ensure timely follow-ups and manage candidate expectations

Vendor & Recruiter Interaction

Coordinate with vendors and recruiters for submissions and feedback

Build and maintain professional vendor relationships

Job Matching & Submissions

Analyze job descriptions to identify suitable consultants

Make accurate and timely submissions based on skill match and availability

Tracking & Reporting

Maintain daily submission logs, activity records, and trackers

Ensure proper documentation of consultant statuses and submission details

Requirements for Freshers

Graduate in any discipline

Good English communication skills

Strong computer skills (email, MS Office, resume formatting)

Ability to work night shift (US timings)

Experienced Bench Sales Recruiters

6 months - 3+ years of relevant US Bench Sales experience

Knowledge of job portals, vendor management, and US hiring practices

Ability to handle multiple consultants and meet submission timelines

Key Skills

Excellent spoken and written English

Effective coordination and follow-up abilities

Ability to multitask and maintain organized records

Understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is a plus.
