job profile:

• as a trainee, you will be involved in marketing of it profiles/placements in us market.

• you will receive training /guidance and coaching to qualify as a professional.

job responsibilities:

• communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken english.

• identify candidates with the right skills to match the us clients' requirements and make calls to qualify them for the job.

• full life cycle of recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).

• sourcing and screening potential it candidates from effective usage of internal systems / database, job portals, postings and networking within time frame.

• ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and properly prioritize them.

• candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.

• candidate should be flexible to work in night shift.

• immediate joiners preferred.
