Bench Sales Marketer

We are currently seeking a full-time Bench Sales Marketer for our Hyderabad office. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for managing sales and marketing efforts for our bench consultants to place them on various client projects. The Bench Sales Marketer will identify and qualify job requirements, work closely with IT recruiters to identify the right bench consultants, and negotiate pay rates with clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Any field

0-2 years of experience in IT staffing and sales or marketing (Or) Freshers

Excellent communication skills

Willing to work Night Shift : 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (EST)

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Experience in selling or marketing to clients such as Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies is a plus

Knowledge of the IT industry and trends is a plus
