We are currently seeking a full-time Bench Sales Marketer for our Hyderabad office. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for managing sales and marketing efforts for our bench consultants to place them on various client projects. The Bench Sales Marketer will identify and qualify job requirements, work closely with IT recruiters to identify the right bench consultants, and negotiate pay rates with clients.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Any field0-2 years of experience in IT staffing and sales or marketing (Or) FreshersExcellent communication skillsWilling to work Night Shift : 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (EST)Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExperience in selling or marketing to clients such as Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies is a plusKnowledge of the IT industry and trends is a plusImmediate joiners preferred
