We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller / Appointment Setter (Female Only) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients across Australia, introducing our services, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers across Australia
Introduce company services in a clear and engaging manner
Identify customer needs and qualify leads
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM
Follow up with prospects as needed
Meet daily/weekly calling and appointment targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
Excellent English communication skills (neutral or clear accent preferred)
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle objections confidently
Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international clients (Australia preferred)
Background in sales or customer service
Experience in B2B or service-based industries
