We are looking for a dedicated Bartender to join our team in Thane, India. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience, and a minimum educational requirement of a 12th pass.

As a Bartender, you will create delicious beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean bar area. Key responsibilities include:

- **Preparing Drinks**: You will mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers in a friendly manner, take orders, and offer recommendations to enhance their dining experience.

- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of bar supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and alerting management when reordering is needed.

- **Cleaning and Organization**: Maintain cleanliness at the bar and ensure that all utensils and equipment are regularly washed and organized.

- **Compliance and Safety**: Follow safety and health regulations to provide a safe environment for both customers and staff.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A basic understanding of drink recipes and cocktail techniques is a plus, but we also welcome those eager to learn. A good Bartender is punctual, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while providing outstanding service.
