Bartender

-Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mocktails as per hotel standards.

-Maintain the bar counter, ensure cleanliness, and follow hygiene & safety guidelines.

-Greet customers warmly and provide excellent guest service.

-Take and process drink orders accurately and quickly.

-Manage bar inventory, restock items, and report shortages.

-Ensure proper handling of bar tools, glassware, and equipment.

-Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

-Handle billing/POS system and manage cash transactions when required.

-Check customer IDs when necessary and follow responsible alcohol service rules.

-Work closely with F&B staff to deliver a smooth guest experience.
