Job Description

-prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mocktails as per hotel standards.

-maintain the bar counter, ensure cleanliness, and follow hygiene & safety guidelines.

-greet customers warmly and provide excellent guest service.

-take and process drink orders accurately and quickly.

-manage bar inventory, restock items, and report shortages.

-ensure proper handling of bar tools, glassware, and equipment.

-follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

-handle billing/pos system and manage cash transactions when required.

-check customer ids when necessary and follow responsible alcohol service rules.

-work closely with f&b staff to deliver a smooth guest experience.
