We are looking for an experienced bartender who is passionate about crafting cocktails and providing excellent service. This full-time position will be based in our office in Ireland.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Prepare and Serve Drinks:** Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring high-quality and tasty concoctions for customers.

- **Customer Engagement:** Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking their orders, making recommendations, and ensuring they have a positive experience at the bar.

- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware, clearing tables, and disposing of waste properly to maintain hygiene.

- **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels and assist in managing inventory by noting the consumption of supplies, helping to order new stock when needed.

- **Handle Payments:** Process customer payments accurately, manage tabs, and provide customers with receipts, ensuring smooth financial transactions.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- **Experience:** Candidates should have 2 to 8 years of bartending experience, showcasing a deep knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations.

- **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to create a welcoming atmosphere and build customer relationships.

- **Attention to Detail:** Ability to follow recipes accurately and pay attention to customer preferences to ensure satisfaction.
