Barista - Full Time

We are looking for a passionate Barista to join our team in Dehradun. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a great coffee experience for our customers. You should have a friendly and positive attitude and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Prepare Beverages:** Create a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to our standard recipes. This includes espresso, lattes, and specialty drinks.

- **Customer Service:** Greet customers warmly and take their orders. Provide excellent service by answering questions and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.

- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the work area, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

- **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies. Notify management when supplies are low to ensure smooth operations.

- **Training New Staff:** Assist in training new baristas on beverage preparation techniques and customer service standards.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must have a diploma and 2 to 4 years of experience as a Barista. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques is essential. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and exhibit a friendly demeanor. Being able to work well under pressure is important, along with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. A team player attitude and a willingness to learn are also key to succeed in this role.
