Bar Tender in Austria No Ielts

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Tender to join our team in Austria. This is a full-time position perfect for individuals with a passion for mixology and customer service, whether you are just starting out or building on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mix and Serve Drinks: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences to ensure quality and consistency.

- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, and providing recommendations based on their preferences.

- Maintain Bar Area: Keep the bar clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition to provide a safe and welcoming environment.

- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the stock of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when reorders are needed to ensure smooth operations.

- Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow health and safety regulations, checking IDs to ensure customers are of legal drinking age and managing alcohol service responsibly.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor of Hotel Management or similar educational background. A passion for hospitality and a friendly attitude toward customers are essential. You should be able to work well in a team, communicate effectively, and handle cash transactions accurately. Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus, but not mandatory. Being flexible in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is also expected.
