Bar Tender in Netherlands (0-6 Years)

We are looking for a motivated Bar Tender to join our team in Austria. As a Bar Tender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests while creating delicious cocktails and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve drinks: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences, ensuring consistent quality and taste.

- Maintain cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glasses and utensils, to ensure a welcoming environment for patrons.

- Interact with customers: Engage with guests to provide recommendations, take drink orders, and ensure they have a pleasant experience at the bar.

- Manage inventory: Monitor stock levels of drinks and supplies, and assist in ordering new inventory as needed to avoid shortages.

- Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while handling food and beverages, ensuring the safety of guests and staff.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management is preferred, providing a solid foundation in hospitality and customer service principles.

- Strong communication skills are essential to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Basic knowledge of mixed drinks and cocktails is a plus; willingness to learn and improve is required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the operation.
