o Contact Meeting Planner by mail, telephone, customer outings and site inspections.

o Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds.

o Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.

o Negotiate space, dates and rates to obtain booking goal while focusing on shoulder and off season business.

o Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
